Assist the ESPN X Games Volunteer Department
and receive company exposure at the event.
X GAMES 13 SET FOR AUGUST 2-5, 2007 IN LOS ANGELES
Your company* can donate items for the volunteer raffle and/or goodie bag to receive promotional exposure at the ESPN X Games 13. To show our appreciation to our volunteers, ESPN X Games provides a sponsor goodie bag and holds daily raffles in an effort to thank these dedicated people for their hard work. With more than 100 individuals donating their time each day, the X Games wants to make the volunteer experience as memorable and rewarding as possible. Your company can assist in recognizing the volunteers by donating items for the goodie-bag and/or daily raffle. This is a great opportunity for your company to receive local exposure during the X Games. Donate a large item or a couple of items. The total value of donated items should be at least $200 to receive exposure. Some items donated in the past have included: snowboards, skateboards, bikes, industry equipment, sunglasses, company apparel, meals and snacks for the volunteer hospitality area, and gift certificates. Contact the X Games office to discuss ways your company can be involved with donating items for the volunteer program. If you donate items, your company will receive recognition in our online volunteer handbook, spectator program and on the onsite jumbotron. The donation form needs to be received by Friday July 6, 2007 to receive exposure in our printed materials (donated items can be sent at a later date). Otherwise, the donation form will be accepted until Friday, July 27, 2007 to receive exposure on jumbotron and volunteer website.
Exposure for donation value of $200 or more: • Company Name included on the Volunteer Thank You page of the Spectator Program, which will be an LA Weekly insert. (need to meet printing deadline of July 6, 2007) • Company name included on the Thank You page of the onsite jumbotron (venue TV screen) that scrolls at the end of the competition. • Company name included on the Donation page of the online Volunteer Handbook (www.xgamesvolunteers.com).
