2. Select days you are available to volunteer.

You have the ability to register for up to four days to volunteer. You must sign up for a minimum of 2 days. Please put them in preference order. Days are given on a first come first serve basis and availability.

If you have friends that you want to be scheduled with, make sure they request the same dates in the same order. Also make that request in the "comments" section on the sign me up page. We'll do our best to put all of you together.

If you are available everyday of August 2-5, tthen you may want to become one of our XCEL Volunteers. Space is limited in the XCEL program.

What Positions interest you? (Check all that apply)
Venue Monitor and Support
Venue Monitors will assist with ushering, ticket process, crowd control, credential access, and management of pedestrian traffic flow in a designated area. Venue Monitors are crucial to securing competition viewing areas and assisting with the prevention of spectators filtering onto the courses. Venue Support volunteers provide assistance to the X Games operations staff with upkeep, banners, staging, safety needs, and related duties prior to, during and after the event.
Hospitality
Working with the Hospitality Working with the Hospitality Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of the various hospitality areas. This position will include checking credentials, monitoring and replenishing the refreshment tents, restocking supplies, and providing event information to spectators.
Spectator Services / Information Booth
Assist in providing and disseminating event-related information to spectators mainly from the Spectator Services Booth at the main entrance. These volunteers play an important role with informing the public on the X Games venue policies, answering questions about the event, competition schedule and changes, the ticketing process, maintaining all lost and found and assisting with various activities within the booth.
Interactive Village / X Fest (Sponsor Booth and Music Fest Area)
Assist the Sponsors with product giveaways and monitoring lines. Assist with various interactive Sponsor activities, to include: bungee jump, rock climbing wall, and various other activities. Assistance is also needed with pedestrian traffic flow, access control and informing the public on the X Games venue policies.
Environmental Initiatives
Assist with environmental education and awareness initiatives at X Games. Work with venue crew to encourage spectators to properly dispose of items and recycle into provided bins, facilitate traffic flow through environmental displays, monitor areas where environmental educational activities are taking place, assist as requested in environmental booths to hand out literature and contest prizes, be point person for general questions (Q&A will be provided)

Transportation
We strongly encourage carpooling or public transportation to the Home Depot Center and the STAPLES Center. If applicable, how do you plan to get to the event on the day of your assignment? (Drive, carpool, be dropped off, public transportation, walk, bike)
